Job Role or Description
- 1. Scrutiny, Processing & Passing of Contractors / Suppliers Bills
- 2. Ensure timely submission of invoices to the client and review of monthly bills of the
- subcontractor / vendors.
- 3. Maintenance of book of accounts
- 4. Ensuring accuracy of Cash and Bank transactions
- 5. Preparation of Cash flow statements on a monthly basis
- 6. Reviewing and updating bank guarantee status of sub-contractor on periodic basis
- 7. Accounts payable internal audit
- 8. Vendor Management
- 9. Maintaining MIS reports
- 10. Review of Comparative statements, Bank guarantees & Finalization of work orders for
- Sub Contractors on Tax Matters.
- 11. Monitoring funds & Monthly cash flow.
- 12. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement.
