Job Role or Description
We are hiring for Accounts Payable and Treasury Back Office roles.
- Designation – Associate Finance ( Fixed Term Contract on Payroll of Tata Power)
- Education Qualification – B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance/ICWA
- Academic Score – Min 45% score through out academics mandatory
- Experience – 3 to 7 Years (SAP Working Experience Required)
Job Responsibilites for Accounts Payable:
• Invoice processing through Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and BDC.
• Review and clearing of GRIR Accounts and Advances.
• Review and clearing of Retention amount and vendor liability
• Processing of Notification for retention release and disbursal.
• Processing Bill discounting requirements on Exchange and Bank portals
• Payment run for processing advances and vendor payments.
• Provisioning of expenses, review & clearing of old provisions.
• Review of vendor liabilities and write back of vendor liabilities as per policy.
• Scrutiny of GLs & rectification, & monthly accounts closing activities
• Preparation of Audit schedules and coordination with Statuary/Internal auditors for audits
• Responsible for Vendor reconciliation & contract closure
• Handling queries from users / vendors related to AP
Job Responsibilites for Treasury Back Office:
•Opening of Letter of Credits (LCs) through Trade online
• Import and domestic vendor Payments against LCs
• Documentation of Buyers Credit / Suppliers Credit
• Remittances against Buyers Credit / Suppliers Credit
• Establishment of Bank Guarantees
• Foreign Currency Remittances,
• Submission of Bill of Entries (BoE)
• Necessary RBI Compliances
• Monitoring of Non-Fund Based Limits
• Investment /redemption of surplus fund & accounting in SAP TRM.
