Job Role or Description
- Enable Finance team in driving various strategic projects
- Design and Implement Review matrix for CFO.
- Closely work with management on various strategic assignments across business clusters.
- Drive CFO BSC Reviews and ensure closure of action items in discussion with relevant stakeholders
- Support and Drive Business Transformation Projects in Finance Functions
- Ensure all assignments are evaluated and discussed / reviewed with CFO in a summarized manner that aid in decision making
- Analyse & summarize business reports and liaise with various business functions, external agencies & drives corporate initiatives supporting the CFO in long-term strategy implementation
- Evaluate various proposals received for management approval, summarize insights and help management in decision making.
- Co-ordinate and work with Tata Sons team and other group companies on various strategic and financial initiatives.
- Work on PPAs and Merger & Acquisitions
- Build and maintain financial models to support capital investment proposals
