Job Description/Skills Required
- To ensure that the legal requirements related to running the business and managing operations are properly adhere to within the framework of the government of law in various locations and geographies.
- To monitor various processes relating to business, operations & functions for their compliance; to offer advice whenever required to enable strict compliance to set policies, procedures and practices.
- Arranging and making necessary arrangements for the meeting of the board and audit committee of the board of directors and preparation of agenda and matters related thereto. Matters pertaining to the holding and conducting of the Annual General Meeting of the company including preparation of Annual Report of the same.
- To prepare the Minutes of Board Meeting, Annual General Meeting and various other committees of the Board.
- To file various forms and other due compliances before the Registrar of Companies, Stock Exchanges, RBI and other regulatory body.
