Job Role or Description
- Reconciliation of entire sales data recorded (Store and Ecom) with the vendor with sales recorded in the system. The same to be tallied and given to Finance department as confirmation for payment.
- Upload of reconciled data in Partner system.
- Identify reasons for data mismatch and reduce them by designing training modules.
- Prepare a SOP for billing process of all Service Articles.
- Identify high data mismatch stores and engage with VAS Sales Managers for store training.
- Prepare data of all non-reconciled customer data and share details with Risk Team to provision for claim adjudication.
- Make compliance tracker and highlight to stores.
- Engage with Internal Audit and External Audit Team for any data related query of VAS.
- Reconciliation of all API failure data related to system errors and ensure reloading of the same for API success
- Reconcile non API (Incorrect data error type & other exceptions by coordinating with stores and other stake holders basis detailed process flow and close on API as per SLA
- Ensure SLA is under control by regular follow up with relevant stakeholders
- Perform any data related activities that come up to ensure reconciliation efforts are complete and updated
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly tracker for all issues
