- Support acquisition, restructuring and integration: Structuring of transactions Support due diligence Coordinate with external consultant Implementation of acquisition / restructuring Evaluate operating model Evaluate inter-co arrangement Support business integration from tax standpoint Update senior management from time to time Support PLI compliance (6 years) Track capital expenditure Track A&P expenditure Preparation and submission of Quarterly reports to MoFPI Collation of documentation for disbursement Application and coordination for disbursement Special projects Drive tax digitization Automation of TDS compliance Automation of TCS compliance Automation of TDS to 26AS reconciliation Automation of GST input credit reconciliation on real time basis Automation of GST turnover reconciliations Undertake review of APMC applicability and compliance Support Corporate tax compliance of group companies (TSFL, Soulfull, NourishCo and TRILC) Quarterly advance tax calculation of group companies Quarterly tax provisioning and reporting of group companies Track tax compliance of group companies
