- – Follow ups with candidate and panels for availability – Scheduling interviews and taking feedbacks from panel – Maintaining interview data everyday – Document follow ups with candidates – Onboarding new joiners phsyical and virtual – Maintaining interview and new joiner screeshots and documents Desired Candidate Profile Graduate fresher who is wanting to make their career in Recruitment Good in excel Willing to work long hours and fixed 6 days weekly Willing to work from office starting day 1.
