Job Role or Description
- Basic understanding of Oracle Application Architecture and Day to day support activities on oracle application instances as well Oracle databases
- Must have good troubleshooting skills
- Must be skilled in sysadmin activities like user administration responsibilities, request groups,
- Must have knowledge about concurrent managers
- Backup and clean up various log files
- Database lock, space management, export and import of the database, performance tuning at DB and apps Level
- Strong knowledge on Oracle RAC .
- Good Knowledge on ASM.
- Good Knowledge on RMAN
- Good experience of troubleshooting concurrent managers , forms, workflow and Java components issues .
- Experience in configuring oracle workflow notification mailer and maintenance
- Hands on experience with all ADUTILITIES
- Strong knowledge on database Upgrades, Application upgrades from one version to another version.
- Resolving the Issues which are encountering on daily like performance issues, Space issues etc.
- Strong knowledge on AD patches and RDBMS patches
- Work Experience on Applying Database PSU ,CPU and one off patches
