Non tech graduates (Preferably Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field)
Willing to work in rotational shift
Skills & Responsibilities
1. Shipping Planning and Tracking:
- Assist in preparing and updating shipping plans for commodities like coal and flux.
- Monitor shipment schedules and track vessel movements to ensure adherence to timelines.
2. Coordination and Process Inputs:
- Process inputs from central logistics, plant teams, and chartering to ensure seamless shipping operations.
- Support vessel nomination and vetting procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
3. Documentation and Data Entry:
- Handle import documentation, including bills of lading and other shipping-related documents.
- Enter shipping plans into the system accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Compliance and Duty Benefits:
- Assist in claiming applicable duty benefits for imports.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements for all shipments.
5. Reporting and Record Maintenance:
- Prepare and circulate reports for shipping plans and operational updates.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, vessel documentation, and payment tracking.
6. Query Resolution and Support:
- Address queries related to shipping operations and documentation.
- Liaise with agents and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or delays.

Experience: 5 year to 8 years

Eligibility:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Knowledge of international shipping processes, vessel operations, and regulatory compliance.
Willing to work in rotational shift
