Job Role: General Banking, Debit/Credit Card Disputes & Chargeback Analyst

Process: International banking

Candidate to Carry: Updated CV, Original & Photocopy of Aadhaar and EPFO service history, All education /employment documents.

Job Requirement:

Any full-time graduate (10+2+3).

Willingness to work in Night Shifts.

Good Communication Skills Written and Oral.

Mode of Salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No Cash in hand)

All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.

Skill Requirement:

We are looking for 1 to 4 years of experience in International banking Operations, Credit/Debit Cards Disputes & Chargeback

Experience in Cards dispute management operations OR General banking

Chargebacks

Fraud/ Non-fraud Dispute Management (Credit/ Debit cards)

Visa/ Mastercard etc.
