Job Role or Description
- BFSI experience, and FP&A Experience Academic Qualification CA, MBA Finance, CFA, CPA Excellent Communication Skills, Excellent presentation skills, Self-Starter, Learning, Knowledge building mind-set, Team skills Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role : Track the latest trends & changes in the FP&A field Demonstrate F&A business analysis competency Drive large finance transformation discussions with clients and internal teams Experience on large finance outsourcing, and presales activities Conceptualize solutions/ offerings for the challenges faced by senior FP&A executives in BFSI sector. Author WPs/ PoVs , present in the industry forums, create visibility for TCS • Engage in short term consulting assignments (60-75% of the time) Responsible to grow revenue & market share in the FP&A domain areas • Plan & execute GTM strategy for the initiative Develop relationships and business within existing accounts & new logos Make presentations, lead meetings, create opportunities for kick starting sales cycle Provide domain support as needed in sales pursuits & RFPs etc.
