Job Description/Skills Required
- Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records.
- Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices.
- Qualifications:
- High School completed. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desirable.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable.
- Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
