• MySQL Installation & Configuration across production, staging, and development environments

• Backup & Recovery using mysqldump, Percona XtraBackup, and binary logs

• Query Optimization & Performance Tuning using EXPLAIN, Query Profiling, and Performance Schema

• Replication & High Availability: Master-Slave, Master-Master, Group Replication setups

• Security Management: User roles, SSL, GDPR compliance, and audit controls

• Issue Resolution: Replication lag, deadlocks, crashes, slow queries

• Automation & Scripting for backups, health checks, alerts

• Capacity Planning & Schema Design

• Patch Management & Upgrades with zero/low downtime

• Hybrid & Cloud DB Management for MySQL

✅ Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Any Graduate (UG mandatory)

• Strong understanding of MySQL database architecture

• Hands-on experience with replication, clustering, backups, recovery, optimization

• Exposure to cloud-based DB environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
