• Designation: Record To Report (R2R) Analyst

• Location: Kolkata

• Work Type: Full-time, On-site

• Industry: BPO/Finance

✅ Must-Have Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting

• Strong expertise in Record to Report (R2R) domain

• Experience in Month-End Close, Revenue Recognition, and Foreign Currency

• Background in BPO or Shared Services

• Ability to drive automation projects or business excellence

• Good grasp of SOX compliance, technical revenue research, and audit-ready systems

📈 Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance/Accounting

• CA Inter / CS / CWA (advantageous)

• SAP, VBA Macros knowledge (preferred)

• Strong Excel & MS Office skills

• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
