• Role: Financial Planning & Analysis Executive (FP&A)

• Experience Required: 5 – 10 years

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3) is mandatory

• B.Com graduates (or equivalent)

• Candidates must have a valid EP number (Register via TCS iBegin Portal)

• Willingness to work in night and rotational shifts

• Must carry a valid copy of the TCS application form and 2 copies of Aadhar or PAN card

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze key performance metrics including revenue, cost of sales, and CAPEX

• Budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and modeling

• Develop dashboards, BI tools, and KPI tracking

• Prepare quarterly/monthly reports and perform variance analysis

• Provide actionable insights to senior management using financial models

• Support strategic decision-making with ad-hoc financial analysis

• Drive process efficiency and ROI-based evaluations across functions
