🧾 Role: Procure to Pay (PTP) Specialist

• Experience: 2 to 5 years

• Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

• Shifts: Night Shift & 24×7 Environment (Flexible)

• Location: Bengaluru

✅ Job Responsibilities

• Daily tracking and follow-up of critical vendor payments

• Managing payment rejection logs and payment trackers

• Coordination with multiple internal teams: Vendor Master, T&E, Treasury, Banks, and Invoice Processing

• Communication with vendors and clients for negotiation or missing information

• Vendor relationship management and issue resolution

• Preparing daily and weekly operational reports

• Maintaining service delivery levels as per SLAs

🛠️ Must-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end PTP processes

• Hands-on experience in vendor payment tracking and coordination

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

• Good command of MS Excel for data handling

• Customer-centric mindset with resolution-oriented approach

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Minimum 15 years of regular education: 10 + 2 + 3)

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in PTP or Accounts Payable

• Accounts Receivable experience is a plus

• Not eligible: Freshers
