📝 Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support services at the Passport Seva Kendra

• Handle data entry and documentation

• Manage queries and ensure efficient processing of applications

• Interact with citizens in a polite, professional manner

• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of personal records

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 2+ years in data entry / data processing

• Educational Qualification (Full-time only):

  • B.A, B.Com, BBA, BBM, B.Sc, BCA

  • (⚠️ BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA NOT eligible)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong proficiency in English and regional language

• Fast and accurate keyboard skills

• Should be computer literate and customer-friendly

• Candidates must not have attended any TCS interview in the last 6 months
