📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Perform variance analysis – Actuals vs. Budget, Actuals vs. Forecast
• Analyze CapEx and OpEx, monthly accruals, and prepayments
• Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews
• Prepare rolling forecasts and dashboards
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Collaborate with department heads for strategic planning and execution
