Job Summary:
Role : Research Analyst
Experience: 1 year to 12 years
Job Location: Kolkata

Eligibility:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non tech graduates (Preferably B. Com / M. Com, MBA Finance)
Willing to work in rotational shift

Skills & Responsibilities Research Analyst:

• Exposure and knowledge of Finance in Equities Market especially experienced in handling Company financials
• Familiar with US GAAP, IFRS
• Eye to details & Analytical skills with Critical Thinking
• Understanding of Banking Sector related to Assets under
• Management, Pillar 3 disclosures, Average Balance Sheet,
• Ratio Analysis related to Banking Sectors
• Review, drive and manage Client defined SLAs and internal metrics.
• Customer focus, Drive for results in a team and ability to take ownership.
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate.
• Working knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Good facilitation skills, strong verbal, and written communication
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
• Analytical skills with exposure and knowledge of Finance in Equities Market especially experienced in handling Company Financials

Skill & Responsibilities – RTR

• Responsible for performing general accounting activities.
• Processing Journals and preparing GL/SL and Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of accounting records.
• Assist to provide variance analysis and commentaries.
• Month-end Close
• Daily Allocation of work to the team
• Manage and supervise activities such as journal postings, GL/SL & Balance sheet reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and reporting.
• Manage Helpdesk activities.
• Identify queries and resolve after communicating with the customer.
• Responsible for performing general accounting activities.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of accounting records.
• Prepare various month end reports.
• Assist to provide variance analysis and commentaries.
• Implementing controls and SODs
• Preparation and adherence to the SOP. Periodic update of the same
• Monthly/Quarterly governance deck and preparation of other reportings
