Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Configure, manage, and administer the F5 Load balancer LTM & GTM 2 2. Provision virtual IP configuration and load balancing method based on application team requirement 3 3. Modify and delete pool members, health monitor string, NAT and i-rule configuration 4 4. GTM Wide IP configuration between the data center 5 5. Provision and validate the DNS entries for VIP and WIP 6 6. Periodic renewal of SSL certificates in F5 load balancer 7 7. Manage and maintain the support contract with vendor 8 8. Mitigate the vulnerabilities by periodic firmware upgrades and hotfix patches 9 9. Coordinate with vendor for part replacement and high priority issues 10 10. Provide assistance to the field engineer on setting up the new environment 11 11. Analyse and perform bug scrub validation for the newly recommended codes 12 12. Triage, identify and fix the incidents related to F5 load balancer and its server hosted environment 13 13. Deep dive analysis of reoccurring incidents and provide root cause analysis 14 14. Coordinate with other support teams like WebSphere, Network, Security, and application team
