👤 Role: Onboarding Specialist – Pre-Hire Process

• 🔄 Experience: 2 to 6 Years

• 🌙 Shift: Night Shift (Must be open to 24×7 operations)

• 🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

• 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Full-Time; Minimum 15 Years Education)

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding from welcome email to Day 1 readiness

• Schedule background checks, drug tests, start dates, orientation

• Serve as a liaison between recruiter, hiring manager & new hires

• Maintain Workday profiles and HR documentation

• Ensure smooth, compliant onboarding experience globally

• Manage pre-hire clearance and status updates in trackers/systems

🎯 Candidate Profile

• Experience in International/US Onboarding

• Hands-on with HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors

• Strong communication, time management, and attention to detail

• Must have proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Customer-focused, professional, and organized
