Job Summary:

Role: Accounts Receivable

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (B.Com preferred) with 15 years of education
• 1–6 years of Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications / Billing experience
• Knowledge of insurance or financial services industry preferred
• Familiarity with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, Benefit Point
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook; experience in ERP tools is an advantage
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Generate and manage invoices for new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
✔ Coordinate with teams for missing or incorrect billing data
✔ Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with clients or carriers
✔ Post payments from lockboxes to customer accounts accurately and timely
✔ Reconcile bank deposits with system entries and perform daily/monthly reconciliations
✔ Handle unidentified and unapplied cash receipts
✔ Support audit, documentation, and compliance standards
✔ Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with automation initiatives
✔ Maintain process documentation (SOPs, FMEAs, SIPOCs)
