Experience Required: 1 – 6 years
Job Location: Kolkata

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 15 years of full-time regular education (10+2+3)

• Graduation: B.Com, M.Com, or similar (Non-technical streams preferred)

• Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational shifts

• Candidates must carry:

  • 2 photocopies of Aadhar & PAN

  • Valid TCS application form (mandatory)

  • Registered EP number (EPCN) – generated via TCS iBegin

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Record To Report process management

• Financial transaction logging, journal entries, reconciliations

• Lease accounting, cost center & ledger management

• Month-end close activities and bank reconciliations

• Preparation of cash flow, balance sheet, and variance analysis reports

• Handling inter-company processes, fixed assets, additions & disposals

• Budgeting, forecasting & statutory financial reporting

🔑 Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliation & R2R processes

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
