🔑 Key Responsibilities
Training & Coaching

Design and deliver communication & accent training programs aligned with Australian English standards.

Audit call recordings, identify strengths and weaknesses, and provide personalized coaching.

Create tailored improvement plans for associates to enhance customer service & communication skills.

Develop customized scripts for different call scenarios.
Call Audits & Quality
-
Conduct audits for communication quality, call handling, and compliance with processes.
-
Ensure consistent delivery of B2B and B2C customer service excellence.
Technical & Support Functions
-
Manage field tickets, change requests, and contractor liaison.
-
Perform pre/post modem checks and validate works.
-
Handle proactive maintenance, emergency requests, and node health monitoring.
📌 Candidate Profile

Education:Â Any Graduate

Experience: 3 – 7 years (International Voice / Australian Voice Process preferred)

Strong skills in:

International call center operations (Australian English mandatory)
