Job Description/Skills Required
- Manage day to day functions of taxation viz direct and indirect taxes and tax planning
- Ensure tax related reporting to top management
- Ensure accurate tax accounting and calculations
- Ensure effective tax compliance w.r.t. Tax assessments, Audits, Return filings.Review GST liability/ PT Liability computation and payment/Calculation of GST Credits on monthly basis and GST Credit Mismatch reconciliation on a quarterly basis
- Review and ensure timely Compilation/Filing of Monthly GST Returns-GSTR1/GSTR3B/GSTR2/Profession tax as well as GST annual returns
- Ensure timely completion of GST/ST/VAT Audits/ Co-ordination with consultants/Ensure timely completion of GST/VAT Assessments/LBT Assessment/ Co-ordination with consultants
- Managing and coordinating with Internal and external auditors (Tax auditors, statutory auditors, internal auditors)
- Review of monthly TDS liability/Filing of Quarterly ETDS Returns
