Job Role or Description
- Good understanding of new age digital technologies
- Deep understanding of CPG industry trends, strategic objectives, business metrics and business challenges across the value chain
- Identify, quantify & prioritize all opportunities for client e. Assist in building a Business Case (ROI/IRR/Sensitivity analysis
- Passion for Analytics and Insights and strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to keep abreast of industry trends across Sales & marketing, consumer , e commerce, Supply chain and Finance areas and apply them in existing and new product offerings
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities. High visual aesthetic
- Self-starter. Ability to be proactive, take ownership and drive initiatives to conclusion
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Drive and lead presentations and bring in thought leadership
- Value consulting engagement that involve current state assessment, future state design and implementation roadmap
- Identify transformation opportunities, business value drivers, Metrics/KPIs and development of business case delivering the value
- Related experience preferably in client facing roles particularly in areas of business/industry/competitive research, process consulting, value realization/management, quantitative & qualitative benchmarking, financial analysis/modeling to support Strategic insights
- Strong financial acumen with exposure to read and compare company financial statements, ratio analysis, financial modeling and basic business case
