Job description:-
- Supplier Invoice Booking
- Supplier debit note
- Supplier supplementary invoices
- Vendor payment & reconciliation
- Prepare bank reconciliations, aging reports and Statement of Accounts
- Interaction & meeting with internal & external customers
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Coordination with purchase dept. for any issue in invoice booking
- Knowledge of system audit controls.
- Support internal and external audit requirements
