🔑 Role Summary

Recruit, train & activate insurance agents for business generation

Guide agents to achieve at least 20% annual growth

Ensure IRDA compliance (licensing, commission payments, applications)

Support agents in policy services, cross-selling, and renewals

Drive Gross Written Premium (GWP) growth & sustainable profitability

Conduct product & process training sessions for agents
-
Manage field sales, agent retention & sales pipeline building
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Experience: 0–4 years (Freshers welcome)
✔️ Background: Preferably in Insurance / Banking / BFSI Sales
✔️ Education: Graduate in any discipline
✔️ Strong communication, customer service & sales orientation
