💼 Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard delivery executives directly from the field

• Assist candidates in completing documentation and joining formalities

• Use internal tools to enter candidate details and complete onboarding

• Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass

• Experience: Freshers welcome, experience in field hiring preferred

• Two-Wheeler: Mandatory for field travel

• Skills: Good communication, self-motivated, target-oriented

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000/month

• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month

• Other Perks: Petrol allowance
