• Handle customer complaints, queries, and returns through voice, email, and chat support

• Provide product/service information and resolutions in a professional manner

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

✅ Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills (mandatory)

• Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy

• Customer handling experience preferred

• Ability to work in night shifts and rotational schedule

• Must reside within 15 km radius from Uppal work location
