Sutherland is hiring freshers and entry-level professionals to join its International Voice Support Team. Candidates will be responsible for handling real-time customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Job Criteria:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of International Voice Process experience
- Ability to handle real-time voice calls
- Immediate joiners preferred (Notice period up to 15 days considered)
- Shift: 5-day work week with rotational shifts (predominantly night shifts)
