🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check claim status on outstanding balances.

Accurately document actions taken and ensure timely follow-up.

Work on A/R accounts to resolve billing and claim-related queries.

Maintain professionalism and quality in communication.

Follow shift-based schedules and contribute to team goals.
👤 Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: Any Graduate (UG)

Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.

Comfortable working Night Shifts and WFO (Work from Office).
