💼 Job Description – Technical Support Associate (Voice Process):
- Provide international voice support for technical queries.
- Handle real-time inbound/outbound voice calls efficiently.
- Deliver high-quality customer experience with strong problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred (joining in October 2025).
⚡ Job Criteria:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process (preferred).
- Tech knowledge is required.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (5-day work week, rotational shifts).
