- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers (US/UAE process)
- Communicate professionally and clearly in English
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
- Maintain customer-friendly and positive approach on calls
- Follow call scripts, quality standards, and process guidelines
- Update customer and call details accurately in the system
- Escalate issues to senior teams when required
- Meet performance metrics like call quality, AHT, and CSAT
- Work in rotational and night shifts as per business needs
