• Respond to customer queries via calls, email, and chat

• Resolve complaints and handle return requests

• Clearly explain products and services

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

🛠️ Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English

• Typing speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Customer handling experience is a plus

• Graduates or undergraduates can apply

• Must be flexible with night shifts
