Job Description/Skills Required
- As critical role in Finance Shared Services team, AR Manager will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable (AR) including Accounts Receivable tasks, DSO/AR/Collection Target Reporting, Month end close, Client/Debtor Collection, Revenue Accruals, Bad /Doubtful Debt Reserve computation, Unbilled/Deferred Revenue for global entities.
- Balance sheet reconciliations related to Accounts Receivables.
- Drive clearance of reconciling Items in AR Balance Sheet Recons
- Accounts Receivable audit schedules and support in timely closure of statutory audits;
- Lead monthly Governance AR meetings with Stakeholders;
- Identify Digitization and Process improvements initiatives in managed AR process;
Team Management Drive team engagement, 1-0-1 meetings, trainings, Coaching and Mentoring, Hiring;
