🧑💼 Job Role: International Voice Process (Blended – Voice, Chat & Email)
Openings: 60 Positions
Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts (Night and Day Shifts Available)
Weekly Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
💼 Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent voice-based and written (chat/email) support to international customers

Troubleshoot technical/non-technical issues effectively
-
Handle customer queries professionally
-
Maintain SLA standards and customer satisfaction
-
Work in night shifts and rotational schedules
✅ Candidate Profile:
-
Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers welcome)
-
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
-
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
-
Good computer navigation & typing skills
-
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
📍 Eligibility (Travel Criteria):
Applicants must live within 1.5 km from the nearest railway station in the following areas:
