Financial Analytical skill
Asset Verification
GL Scrutiny and rectification
Ensuring timely and smooth closure of financials on monthly/quarterly basis
Designing SOPs and Implementation of Internal Financial Controls
Directing and monitoring Internal & Regulatory Compliances including compliance with statutory authorities such as Income Tax, TDS, GST, Secretarial & Audit
Handling the statutory auditors, cost auditors, Internal Auditors, Payables audit
Monthly Dashboard Preparation for Investor & handling queries thereof.
Controlling CAPEX budget and evaluating Capex proposal
Filing Income Tax returns & handling assessments.
Prepare SOP for finance driven processes.
Controlling the month end activities like Ledger Scrutiny, provisions of expenses, accruals of income, payable and receivable ageing, fixed asset register, inter-company and intra-company reconciliations, related party transactions
Handling the Import and export transactions and related compliances of the company
