Job Role or Description

• Managing GST routine activities including GST payments & return filings.
• PAN India TDS & TCS finalization, payment of taxes and filing of return
• Coordinating TDS certificate and Recos
• Handling IT dept. notices on TDS with assistance of Corporate Tax
• Custom duty payments and import formalities including IGST
• PAN India GST Credit reconciliation and dealing with credit mismatches.
• Working with GST compliance Team
• Accounting relating HO GST credit
• Handling audits

Job Responsibilities:

• Filing of Monthly, Periodic and Annual Returns under GST and Income Tax
• Payment of taxes as per due dates for all legislations
• Filing of TDS Returns where applicable and payment of recovered taxes (Income tax)
• E-Invoicing & E-Way Bill compliance management
• Reviewing and ensuring reconciliations of tax records with books of accounts
• Managing GST Credit reconciliation with GSTR2A / 2B and dealing with credit mismatches
• Verification of agreements signed with various stakeholders for completeness and documentation.
• Maintenance of TDS and GST registrations, amendments of registration certificates etc
