  • Timely and adequate hiring of credit support staff to maintain quality standards & TAT
  • Managing PDD, OTC & Delinquency in line with set targets
  • Vendor management including ongoing due diligence to maintain highest standards of quality
  • Timely addressing the audit observations.
  • Close interaction with collections to strengthen the collection and recovery mechanism including pre-delinquency management
  • System and Process refinements to enhance productivity in terms of TAT, optimal resource utilization, smooth movement of transaction E2E
  • Setting up new locations
