Job Description/Skills Required
- At least 8 years of experience within the recruitment field, with strong sourcing background required.
- At least bachelors degree required in related field (Human Resources related academic credentials preferred)
- Experience in the full life cycle of recruitment for APAC Or EMEA/IMEA regions
- Demonstrated success in passive candidate sourcing strategies: Hands-on experience with LI recruiter, Database Searches and other social media – AIRS certification will be an advantage
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
- Working knowledge of applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS and Oracle knowledge will be an advantage)
- Ability to generate and interpret recruitment reports.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite required.
- Confidence and ability to make “cold calls” to passive candidates that you source.
- Fluent command of English, in writing and in speech.
