🧾 Key Responsibilities:
✅ General HR Operations:
- Manage employee lifecycle data in HRIS/ERP
- Onboarding coordination, ID cards & background checks
- Audit support via HR reports & documentation
🕒 Attendance & Leave Management:
- Biometric/time tracking system administration
- Absenteeism tracking, shift & leave management
- Attendance reconciliation for payroll accuracy
👋 Exit Management:
- Handle full & final settlements, exit interviews
- Maintain attrition data and exit formalities
💰 Payroll:
- Manage end-to-end payroll with finance/vendor
- Salary processing, PF/ESI/TDS deductions, reimbursements
- Address payroll queries and provide payslips
📜 Compliance:
- Ensure statutory compliance (Factories Act, Maternity Act, etc.)
- Maintain records/registers as per labor laws
- Support labor inspections & audits
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR Operations / Payroll
- Immediate Joiners Only
- Must have strong knowledge of HR systems, compliance, and statutory regulations
