Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails related to SBI Mutual Fund products.
- Assist customers with fund values and transaction status.
- Explain mutual fund schemes and assist customers with Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs).
- Support cross-selling of relevant products.
- Resolve customer queries related to folio details, redemptions and account statements.
- Provide end-to-end customer support and ensure timely query resolution.
