Key Responsibilities
- Manage Flipkart seller accounts through calls, chats, and emails.
- Resolve seller queries and account-related issues efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate call logs, case records, and account updates.
- Adhere to quality, productivity, and process standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Willing to work 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
