Job Description/Skills Required
- Review audit findings against the subscriber reports submitted by the DPOs and review corresponding queries.
- Liaise with DPO management, auditor, sales account manager, and technical team to seek clarification and explanation on queries and validate & verify the same.
- Basis the review, prepare a summary of findings of the report and calculate demand, and/or prepare grounds for challenge audit
- Liaise with the legal team and assist them with all the information and provide understanding on audit findings and demand calculations for them to prepare legal communications to DPO
- Follow up with DPO for recovery of demand & address their queries
- In case of dispute or litigation, provide required information & support to the litigation team and counsel (advocates) to support litigation for recovery of demand
