- Strategize and plan training initiatives for the Sales team of assigned Channels basis their business requirement , knowledge & skill gaps identified To deliver channel specific training programs basis the training need analysis Training activities are delivered as per the training calendar. Sharing Training dashboard & key insights post the completion of training programs Collaborate cross functionally for inputs and insights into competence development initiatives, build a buy-in and effectively manage internal relationships Explore innovative techniques and leverage technology to increase the reach and effectiveness of training initiatives Seek feedback on the effectiveness from the Channels and review the sales team performance to evaluate the business impact of the training initiatives Ensure regular and accurate update of Training data on the systems
