Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by selling financial products through outbound and inbound calls.

Handle complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

Maintain excellent telephone etiquette and customer engagement.

Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.

Work collaboratively with the team under the guidance of the Team Leader.

Provide inputs for process improvement and digital sales strategies.
🎯 Candidate Profile

Fluent in Tamil (spoken and written).

Minimum 6 months experience in telesales, BPO, or outbound sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to handle complex sales situations.

Computer literate and organized with strong team collaboration skills.

10+2 or Any Graduate.
