Job Role or Description

• Implementing activation & retention strategies to ensure long-term engagement of onboarded creators & power users including on-site creator workshop events, networking, and leading the partner (creator) promotions strategy to improve app ratings and earnings Executing creator programs to onboard and educate target communities including workshops, events & marketing campaigns. Manage a portfolio of agencies & share best practices to help maximize audience engagement & creator retention Tracking and analyzing community growth metrics to ensure creator & power user engagement, retention, and satisfaction Soliciting, organizing, and contextualizing feedback from creators & power users and working with the product team to improve the creator & power users’ experience. Working with the creator management team to design a content strategy Working closely with marketing & PR teams to drive traffic to these streams Responsible for data-backed strategy and execution to drive high usage of the Livestream gifting feature Developing content to train, adapt and retain the creators on using Livestream to grow engagement Identifying innovative content to drive collaboration & community building among creators using the feature Benchmarking and intelligence through consistent monitoring of the social media content, creator, and business strategy landscape that offers Livestream functionalities Coaching, mentoring, performance management of team member
