As a CA Management Trainee at Shahi Exports, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that provide exposure to the financial and operational aspects of the business. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Financial Analysis: Assisting in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for various business units.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Cost Control: Monitoring expenses, conducting variance analysis, and providing recommendations for cost optimization.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies, including tax regulations and audit requirements.
- Internal Audits: Assisting in conducting internal audits and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities;
• Maintenance of Books of accounts and periodical closure of Books • Managing Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Record to Report (R2R) functions • Manage Internal & External Auditors. • Physical verification of Stock & Assets and Insurance Reporting • Capitalization of Assets & CWIP Management • Managing Accounts Receivable and Collection follow-up with Customers • Vendor Reconciliation & Dispute resolution • Customer Account Reconciliation & supporting Corporate Treasury on any collection
