Educational Qualification

Experience Required

• 2–6 years of experience in:
  • EXIM Operations
  • Project Logistics
  • Shipment Coordination
  • Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) Coordination
  • Freight Forwarding
  • Customs House Agent (CHA) Operations
  • Shipping & Industrial Logistics
• Experience in Manufacturing, EPC, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Heavy Engineering or Project Cargo will be preferred.
• Knowledge of containerized cargo, breakbulk, ODC, heavy-lift cargo movement, customs documentation and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipment execution.
• Manage shipment milestones including booking, ETD, ETA, customs clearance and plant delivery.
• Coordinate Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) activities for heavy-lift and project cargo.
• Support EXIM documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin and Shipping Bills.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, CFS, transporters and project teams.
• Monitor packaging, loading, lashing, cargo inspections and survey compliance.
• Prepare shipment trackers, MIS reports and operational dashboards.
• Identify shipment risks and ensure timely escalation.
• Support audit documentation and logistics compliance activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of EXIM documentation and shipment execution.
• Understanding of Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) processes.
• Knowledge of cargo inspection, loading survey, lashing and securing.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, shipment trackers and MIS reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
